How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Standard shipping takes 8–15 business days. Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email within 3–5 days so you can follow your order every step of the way.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. To start a return, email us at support@pawvelle.shop with your order number and a photo of the item. Full details are on our Returns page.

How do I know the quality is good?

Every product in the Pawvelle collection is hand-selected and sample-tested before we list it. We only carry items rated 4.5 stars or above with verified reviews, and all materials are BPA-free and pet-safe where applicable.

How do I use the products correctly?

Each product page includes a full usage guide and tips. For enrichment products like lick mats and snuffle mats, we recommend introducing them gradually with a small amount of food. If you have any questions, our support team is happy to help.

Is checkout secure?

Absolutely. Pawvelle uses Shopify's encrypted checkout, which is PCI-DSS compliant. We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Your payment details are never stored on our servers.
