Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

How to Start a Return

Email us at support@pawvelle.shop with your order number and photos of the item. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective, in which case we will cover the cost in full.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, you do not need to return it. Simply email us at support@pawvelle.shop with your order number and a clear photo of the issue, and we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.
