Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after checkout.

Standard Shipping

Standard shipping takes 8–15 business days from the date of dispatch. This applies to all destinations worldwide. Shipping is free on all orders.

Expedited Shipping

Expedited shipping (5–8 business days) is available on select products where noted on the product page. This option will appear at checkout if available for your order.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number within 3–5 business days. You can use this number to track your order directly with the carrier.

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within 20 business days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us at support@pawvelle.shop with your order number. We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly — either by reshipping your order or issuing a full refund.
